Practice. Seriously. Mine used to be really awful. Every time you give your partner head, just try to take him into your mouth a little further than you previously did before. With practice, you’ll desensitize it. A lot of it is also mentally preparing yourself for it (which is why if a guy grabs your head and pushes it down, it’s going to be a lot easier for you to gag.) When you’re about to deepthroat, tell yourself “Okay, something is going to be hitting my gag reflex in 5 seconds. I want it there, and I don’t need to gag.” I truly think that helps — even though it is a reflex and is sometimes unavoidable, you can prepare yourself for it to be stimulated which makes it easier to control. (Think of flinching… when someone is about to “fake” hit you, and you KNOW they won’t actually hit you, it’s very easy to control whether or not you flinch. However, if you aren’t prepared for it, you’re going to flinch.) So just practice and prepare yourself and that should help a lot.
